BILLING INFO Paying For Your Surgery A procedure charge is made for the use of the Fairgrounds Surgical Center. THIS CHARGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF YOUR SURGEON, ANESTHESIOLOGIST, PATHOLOGIST, RADIOLOGIST, OR PHYSICIAN CONSULTANT. PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE should check with their insurance companies or employers to obtain specific billing information for both the Fairgrounds Surgical Center and physician. It is policy of the Fairgrounds Surgical Center to bill your insurance company as a courtesy to you. THE ENTIRE BILL REMAINS YOUR TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY. You must pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company on the day of the surgery. If your insurance company has not paid its portion of the bill within 30 days, the balance, in full, is due from you.
